Day to day our Business Partners need enthusiastic and reliable support. There are many and varied reasons why a partner may need assistance, but it’s our ability to quickly respond that delivers on our promise of exceptional service.
Customer service is at the core of what we do. Our customers are a mix of consumers and businesses but the service we provide is consistent to all. Our Customer Service team is the first point of contact for queries and questions. Whether that be about a new finance application or an existing one. Sometimes this may involve a discussion with a customer about their financial position and reaching a resolution for repayment of their finance or dealing with an early repayment request. Professionalism is the prerequisite of the team.
We’ve invested significantly in our technology platforms to automate and streamline our service to all, including our colleagues as well as our partners and customers. We are expanding our Technical team with administration, support, and development resources. Experience of Salesforce administration and development is of particular interest, along with API integration technologies.
We embrace regulation and build compliance into all our processes, products, and communications. We deliver good outcomes for all parties, including our customers be they consumers or businesses. As an FCA regulated business we have compliance at our core, therefore as we grow and develop more Business Partner relationships and more customers, we will add to our Compliance team.
